It was a real treat to swim in The Lake at Hawarden over the last few days making a film with Nick Whitworth for The Good Life Experience. Even in winter, The Lake was sublime, rich in colours, tranquillity, and sounds. My changing room in the boathouse was quite possibly my most favourite ever... I felt every bit a part of the history of Hawarden in there peering out the window anticipating my dip. I can't wait to return in September and would LOVE you to join me...
