All products are purchased and courses are booked through our online shop and booking system both of which are managed by Wix.com. A copy of all booking forms which includes emergency contact and relevant medical information is held by us until the course is delivered and destroyed on completion.
Any payment, including Credit and Debit card payments via our website, uses either the online payment company PayPal or Wix Payments. 3. Sharing information
We do not collect personal information for sale to third parties for marketing purposes. We will never rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses. When another facilitator is working with you we need to share some of your personal information. We will share your name, phone number, as well as any medical/injury information that you have disclosed. None of your personal information is kept by these facilitators longer than the time frame for which they are working with you.
