ENGAGE CYMRU MOMENTUM

engage Cymru Momentum, is an Arts Council of Wales funded programme, in partnership with Communities First. I was appointed to deliver a range of creative interventions with hard to reach young people, the programme was focused on hard outcomes with all the young people taking part in an Arts Award accreditation.

 

I delivered a mixture of sessions in photography and animation techniques and the participants then developed their own work, informed by the work of other artists that inspired them from exploring the MOSTYN. The project lasted 14 weeks.

 

MOSTYN was an integral part of the programme, the building, staff interactions and exploration of exhibitions was used to build confidence and a sense of ownership for the group.
