ENGAGE CYMRU MOMENTUM

engage Cymru Momentum, is an Arts Council of Wales funded programme, in partnership with Communities First. I was appointed to deliver a range of creative interventions with hard to reach young people, the programme was focused on hard outcomes with all the young people taking part in an Arts Award accreditation.

 

I delivered a mixture of sessions in photography, model making and animation techniques and the participants then developed their own work, informed by the work of other artists that inspired them using their current interests (den building) as a starting point. The project continued for 15 weeks. The group has the hope that the 'shelter' will make a tour of the local area being used as a mobile art space.
