As well as exhibiting alongside Francesca Woodman's work in ARTISTROOMS at Bodelwyddan Castle, I ran a series of 10 educational workshops in pinhole photography techniques.

 

This programme focused on 'hard to reach' young people who may not have visited the museum and gallery space before, but who did have an interest in art and were interested in extending their photographic practices.

 

The sessions explored the ideology of portraying 'self' found in both my own and Francesca's work, participants constructed their own cameras from recycled objects and developed prints in a darkroom, contributing work to a student studio exhibition.
